Incredibly poor customer service at G Spa when we just wanted to use the pool for a very short while and the area was empty!!! I’d like to give this place a zero rating but it is not available. We had to go schlepping over to Grand Pequot Spa where they allowed us to use the pool for $30 per couple. My husband is using a knee scooter now due to recovery from surgery. I called the main Norwich Inn and they did nothing for me. She did not even offer to call the other Norwich Inn Spa at Foxwoods to see if a day pass was available. So, if I booked a facial, why would the chair be free for me then? I found her incredibly rude. There were a couple people in the chairs with numerous chairs empty. Guess what - there was not one person in the pool. We explained we only wanted to use the pool/hot tub for a max of one or two hours and we would gladly pay the $50.
When we got there at 1:15 the Supervisor Jen told us all day passes were sold and she would not let us in unless we booked a service. We knew it would cost us an additional $50 for us to use the pool for one, possibly two hours. My husband and I planned a special day and night at Fox Tower that was to include time in the G Spa Pool and hot tub.
